Product Review - Avene's Cleanance Range

For those of you who follow me on Snapchat (sonam_khemlani) , Facebook and Instagram might know that I attended the launch of Avene’s Cleanance Range around a month ago. My Expert box contained four products - Gel cleanser, Cleanance expert, Mattifying emulsion and the Thermal spring water. These are particularly meant for oily and acne prone skin. They also work perfectly for those with sensitive skin and on blackheads and whiteheads.  

Cleanance Gel Cleanser

This one is a gel based cleanser which is soap free. It smells super fresh and clean. The blue colored gel is quite runny and it cleanses and gently purifies the skin without making it dry. The Cleanser contains Monolaurin which regulates excess sebum and mattifies your skin and Thermal spring water which has soothing and anti irritating benefits. I specially love using it on days when I have lot of makeup on as I feel it goes deep within and effectively removes every last drop of makeup I have on and it also helps battle away the occasional breakouts and whiteheads I suffer from.

Thermal Spring Water

This has to be one of the best products I have ever used and the longest staying product in my vanity which I been using for quite sometime now. This one is perfect for sensitive, hypersensitive, allergic and irritated skin. Helps calm, sooth and softens the skin. You can use it for almost everything from razor cuts, irritations, rash, after hair removal, to set makeup, sunburn, facial redness, after exercise and what not. It’s like a magic potion in a small bottle.

Cleanance Mat Mattifying Emulsion

The lightweight lotion is a daily mattifier and light hydrator. It helps control shine and  regulates sebum production with one of it’s active ingredient - Manolaurin. This weightless lotion is an excellent make up base and also tightens up the pores.

Cleanance Expert

This one is more than just a moisturiser, it acts on the main causes of spots, helps unclog pores, treats blackheads, regulates oil and gently exfoliates the skin. It has light texture, quite easy to blend and leaves your skin matte.
